At DFX Powerball, we stand behind the quality of our fitness and rehabilitation tools. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the Powerball in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals, to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package back to our designated returns warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technicians inspect the device, we will process your full refund or ship out your replacement unit within 3-5 business days.
